Lots of technical stuff and satisfactory peg popping!


Paris Transylvania v 0.017

For this version I made som significant technical changes, to lay the foundation for the actual visuals that are in the works. Performance vice I changed the render pipeline to URP to allow new shader graph and my custom matcap shader materials. Let me know, is the speed still flawless, or is it too slow? I might need to optimize graphics. Perhaps I dont need complex materials for the static pegs :)... 

I created an imo appealing Peg color palette and put effort into making the peg popping satisfactory:

New peg graphics!

5 new relics:

Cup of Chai, Evil Eye, Ancient Rune, Glass of red, Jewel scarab

Fix: Turned the horseshoe with ends up so the good luck doesn't spill. Memo to self: At least google stuff before implementing...

Rewrote the relic texts: 

  • Crucifix: On peg hit, 10% chance to deal 1 damage.
  • Hand fan: On peg hit, 10% chance to gain 0.2 shield.
  • Lucky horseshoe: After pachinko, Earn 1 to 5 gold coins.
  • Baseball bat: On attack, deal 5 damage.
  • Sprout: On peg hit, 5% chance to restore 2 pegs.
  • Cup of Chai: Every turn, heal 1 HP.
  • Evil Eye: On peg hit, 10% chance to deal 1 instant damage to a random enemy.
  • Ancient Rune: On peg hit, 1% chance to heal 1 HP.
  • Glass of red: At the start of each combat, gain 12 shield.
  • Jewel scarab: Every 3 turns, gain 3 shield.
